Booths: Terms and Conditions

Booth Guidelines:

  • Type A: Artist booths
    These booths are for but not limited to artists, doujishi groups or photographers selling self-made art goods such stickers, prints, bookmarks etc.
  • Type B1: Retail Booths
    These booths are for non-commercial entities like blog shops, prop makers, second hand shops, etc.
  • Type B2/C: Commercial Retail Booths
    These booths are for commercial entities such as business and companies.

Terms and Conditions for all booths:

  • All booths registration are subject to JTC’s approval.
  • Due to space constraints, booths are available at first come first serve basis
  • Rental Fees to be made in person or bank transfer to POSB saving account.
    • Closing date for payment is 10th January 2009.
    • Payment details will be emailed to applicant.
    • If payment is not made by the 10th Jan 2009, your application for the booth will be void.
  • Please do not bring your own table and chairs.
  • Selling of explicit goods is not allowed.
  • Selling of food is not allowed.
  • NP & JTC will not be accountable for booth’s profit and loss.
  • NP & JTC shall not be liable for any loss/ damaged/ illegal goods of any sort.
  • For safety measures, there should always be someone manning the booths
  • Should there be any drastic changes in the nature of business of your booth, please send us an early notice as they may result in a need to relocate your booth.
    • E.g. Change of sales items from books to food
  • Anyone found infringing the rules shall be immediately escorted out of NP premises. Person particulars will be noted and disciplinary action will be taken if deemed necessary.
  • JTC has the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice.
