As so many of you had been asking us if soy’b’ planning committee could provide alternatives for those who wish to avoid long queues, we have hence decided to hold meetup for payment of soyb tickets! What’s more is that the tickets will be ready for collection as well! So if you would like to purchase the tickets OR have already purchased and would like to collect them, please take note of the meetup details seen below kays?

Meet Up on 28th January

Time: 7pm-9pm
Venue: Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Block 72, 03-07
(We’ll paste a sign outside the door!)

Meet Up on 29th January
Time: 4pm-8pm
Venue: Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Sitting area outside Cheers, right in front of the bus stop.
(We’ll make a SOY ‘B’ sign and place it on the table!)

Please note that we will still have a ticketing booth for the others on the event day itself for payment/collection of tickets. The meetups held as seen above are only for the convenience of those who wish to prevent long queues on the event day. For those whom have already made your payment or have preordered the tickets, please remember to print and bring along the relevant confirmation emails, together with your IC/student pass for verification purposes. thanks!

As far as everyone is concerned, i shall do some updates to all. Do pardon me if the words are making you dizzy!

1) SOYB karaoke competition

To all interested in joining SOY ‘B’ karaoke competition, a registration form will be up after the new year, so stay tuned to this space!

Auditions will be held on 10th 15th January, so please keep this date free if you’re interested in joining the competition. Slots are very limited, so hurry and register if you’re interested!

2) Booth registration

Just a tiny reminder, please note that in order to complete your registration, we require all payment to be made by 10th of Jan 2010. Your registration will be voided if payment is not made by then.

Also, we will only be holding meetups at Orchard mrt from 28th December 2009 till 2nd January 2010. Afterwhich, all meetups will be held at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Frequently-Asked Questions:

The mounting board is about 1m by 1m, table is 130cm by 61cm.

Power points will only be allocated to booth owners whom have requested for them.

Booths layout and further details will only be released after the booth registration closes (8th January 2010).

3) Pre-ordering SOYB tickets

There should be a confirmation message that your details have been forwarded to us after you have filled and submitted the ticket pre-order form. Should any error occur in the midst of your ticket pre-order submission, fret not. All you need to do is email us at ticketing@soy-japtsubasa.net together with the particulars which you have filled up in the form previously and we will be more than willing to do a check for you if we have received it or not. Also, any enquiries regarding pre-ordering of SOYB tickets may be directed to the email address as provided above as well.

We will be resending out ALL booth confirmation emails out along with payment/meetup details again by 27 Dec 2009, 2359h. Should you not receive any email from us after registering with us, do contact us asap.

After we have confirmed your payment, we will send you a confirmation email of payment received.

For those who have paid for their booth, please do not panick for the double sending of the emails.

Thanks alot for the understanding and we do apologise to all for any confusion/frustration.
